Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Gawsworth 10K run (actually 10.5km, or 6.5 miles) on the 14th September 2008.

Although I have been known to spend a little time in the gym, this is the very first time I have run an official race at this distance. Must be a middle-aged thing!

Anyway, I am keeping the fundraising close to home and will be making all donations to The Firefighters Charity on this occasion.
