ALCHEMY OF LIGHT
An invitation to embody the powerful science of light
In these times of uncertainty it's essential to centre and root ourselves to keep ourselves in balance.
Our energy body is like a map of light. When we tap into its innate power we can easily become grounded, strengthened and uplifted by using innovative techniques from ancient and modern times.
Beginning with simple breathing exercises we will gradually land more deeply into our own space and the group we form together.
In a tradition practiced by the nature mystics of the Q'ero of Peru, we will clear ourselves of heavier energies with an earth connected activity.
We will then raise our frequencies through an empowering and invigorating practice of the Divine University which expands and reinforces our energy fields.
Activating and regenerating, these tools can easily be integrated into everyday life. They are supportive, building up your energy body to be more robust, protected and aligned.

Jimena Paratcha is an Active Community Leader and Natural Horsewoman
A dynamic activist for transformation of the inner and outer worlds, Jimena has worked to improve social and environmental justice for 25 years whilst nurturing a keen interest in diverse healing and energy modalities.
Becoming initiated into the Siddha Kundalini lineage and Nature Mysticism of Andean Peru, she is a bridge for Indigenous traditions of Amazonian Brazil as a Guardian of the Yawanawa and Tukano people.
In recent times Jimena has turned her focus to the care of her herd of horses and the training of young people in natural horsemanship and the deep healing it offers.

WIDER HORIZONS is a community platform which organises Transformational Gatherings in Nature for Young Adults, as well as a vibrant programme of ancillary events and weekly Zoom webinars, and a WhatsApp community. Our aim is to support and inspire young adults to feel at peace whilst confidently creating a better world.We inspire young adults (between the ages of 18 and 30) with the knowledge, energy and self-belief to step into the truth of who they are and embrace life with optimism and belief in the limitless potential that we all possess. We provide opportunities for them to learn about the mysteries of life from some of the greatest minds and experts in their fields around all things creative, healing, mystical and conscious. By building an inspiring and supportive community, we are helping to ensure that young adults with an interest in spirituality, environmental and social issues continue to feel connected and supported through times s of uncertainty and change.
