Hi!

I've never ran anywhere in my life before January 2010. I just ate far too much cake and smoked too many cigarettes! Who knew that I would be running The Great North Run (a grueling 13.1 miles)  for St John's Ambulance this September?!

I could go on about the charity but all I need to say is I volunteer for them and they are ace! And they could be the difference between life and death.
