In memory of Jim Adamson

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We've set up the "Jim Adamson Tribute Fund" in aid of a charity that Jim supported over many years, Concern Worldwide, which supports relief and development projects in Africa, Asia and Haiti.

Establishing this tribute fund is a memorable way to celebrate Jim's life and it will help to transform the lives of people who face a daily struggle against extreme poverty.  Concern works alongside the very poorest, most vulnerable people in the world, to help them achieve major improvements in their lives. The donation you make in memory of Jim will help these people build better lives for them and their families.

There is a saying in Concern Worldwide: ‘when disaster strikes, when poverty is widespread, or when rights are ignored, it’s our Concern for one another that helps to pull us through’.  Jim supported Concern’s work for over 10 years and through this tribute to him we want to be able to continue that support.

Please join us in supporting the fund.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
