Along with some other like-minded mad people I finished the Hornets Rugby League 5k Minithon on Sunday 18th October.

Running (well, sort of pseudo staggering) in my usual gazelle-like fashion,  I finished in a world record slow time of 52 minutes - beaten by a pregnant woman dressed as a ladybird and a bloke in a duffle coat.

Go-on, sponsor me even though I've done it! Proceeds going to MedEquip for kids - a very worthy cause.
