Story
I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, a national charity that funds vital research, offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments.
My late wife, Rachael Morrish, bravely fought a Sarcoma cancer in her jaw and cheek for over a year until Dec 2019. Because her illness was rare, and because of the location of the cancer, the effectiveness of her treatment could not be easily predicted.
Sarcoma is a type of cancer that develops in the bone and soft tissue. It is difficult diagnose and one of the hardest to treat. By supporting me, we can help change this. Your donation will help researchers find answers, keep our Support Line open, and raise awareness to improve treatment and standards of care. Thank you for your support.
I have entered the Virtual Runner 500km Challenge 2020, and aim to run an additional 500km, so 1000km by the end of 2020.

The Team Sarcoma Strava board is here: https://www.strava.com/clubs/teamsarcomavirtual -- NOTE: All of my sport activities (including long cycle rides) were being incorporated, pushing me artificially near the top, so I've left the board until there's a way to only include running.
