Hey everyone,

You've probably all recieved an email similar to this from me before but this time the cause is more personal than I ever wanted it to be. Its just over a year now since my brother passed away and I'm running this marathon in memory of the charismatic, larger than life brother he was. 

Training runs have been a roller coaster of emotions for me on this journey as I'm reminded of him and why I'm running every step of the way. I hope he's out there with me on on the day, willing me on and I hope you all find it in you, to dig deep and give to the cause.
