Our Arm Forces have my total respect..anybody willing to put their neck on the line to protect our country deserves all the praise possible.

Raising money by taking part in the 'Para 10' event at Colchester..10 miles tabbing with 35lb bergen on my back whilst wearing army boots and trousers. It's a hellish event so my aim to just make it around and still be alive :-))

All money raised goes to ex-service men who have been injured either physically or mentally from the battlefield. A worthy cause to donate to if ever there was one!

Hoping to raise in excess of £300 so any amount will be greatly appreciated.
