After running at least 5km every day in December, I will be completing the EMF marathon on New Year's Eve to raise money and awareness for the wonderful Special Effect (https://www.specialeffect.org.uk/), a charity that aims to level the playing field for gamers with physical disabilities. 

SpecialEffect enables severely disabled people to use technology in any way possible – using whichever part(s) of their body that work best – by adapting tech to their individual needs. It’s so important they can join in with family/ friends, to be includes and not left out. This can hugely benefit mental well-being, self-esteem and quality of life -and much needed FUN!
