Hi everyone I am off on my bike again.  This year I have decided to stay on these shores. Myself and a group of colleagues from work are taking on the three peaks challenge. This is to climb the highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland ie Snowdon, Sca Fell and Ben Nevis.  This is popular challenge, however we are tackling it slightly differently.  We will be cycling between them, a journey of about 450 Miles.  So that's three mountains and 450 miles by bike in just over a week.  We are raising money for "THE BOX" : Nightingale community trust Hospice and Harriers disabled cricket team.
