Given I'm pretty dumb I've agreed to do Rock Solid in Devon, it's a 15k obstacle course involving lots of horrible stuff including ice water, submerged tunnels and lots of stuff that looks fun on the website but when you're actually there you think "Nahh I'll wait in the car".

I'm doing this for ELF, they're a charity that support folk affected by Leukaemia. They seem a nice bunch. Give em a quid. 

Incidentally my brother hates this photo because it's the only photo in existence where I'm in better shape than him...
