In a moment of madness and enthusiasm a few months ago I signed up to run my furthest distance ever - the Reigate Half Marathon.

The date (Sunday 20 September) is rapidly approaching and training is (at long last!) going OK!  I am simply aiming to get round in one piece... 

I am fundraising for Brake as they helped the family of my son's girlfriend when they tragically lost her sister in a car accident in 2013, less than a month after her 20th birthday.  http://shelby.boarer.muchloved.com
