Story
Hi everyone
Well I never thought I would be doing this?? running in a race that is.... and you probably didnt either .. ha ha
It all started a few months ago when I decided to get fit and lose weight...Not being into the whole gym thing I decided to register for the Sheffield 10k run providing me with something to aim for and a training schedule. I wasnt really going to tell anyone or even do it for charity until Mum read an article about PSP. (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) and it brought a tear to her eye. My lovely Dad died of PSP after some years of illness and like many other PSP sufferers, a wrong diagnosis. Doing it for my Dad has made it seem so much more worthwhile.
So, here I am with my PSP shirt on and ready (ish!!) to go.
It would be fantastic if you could sponsor me .
Mum, Peter Butters and Alan Oliver have already sponsored me a fabulous £50 each so thanks again to them for starting it all off..
I may well have been doing the training but I will still need every little bit of help and support to reach that finish line. Your kind sponsorship wll spur me on.
Big thanks to all
Jillxxx
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The PSP Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
