Hi and thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.

I'm taking on this challenge not only in memory of Chris but also to challenge myself and help others through the work of the British Heart Foundation.  It's certainly going to be hard work but hopefully very rewarding.

As you can see from the team members, i will be taking part in the event with Matthew. I feel Chris would be very proud of us.  I can't wait to cross that finish line. It will be  an amazing achievement.

Most days we will be cycling an average of 75km.  Special treat on two days will be around 105km!  Hopefully the gel shorts/pads should help! We are starting in Saigon,Vietnam and will finish in Angkor Wat, Cambodia.
