We are fundraising for a defibrillator in Luke's memory for a new  Lytham Junior football clubhouse to be built. Luke had such a passion for sport we feel this will be another fitting tribute to him.

Luke died from an unknown heart condition (ARVD) age 15.  a Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew and friend.
