I support many charities, including children, cancer and animal charities. I have chosen BROOKE an animal charity for the wonderful work they do in the poorest communities around the world.

I feel animals are the most neglected life forms on this planet, yet their giving is endless and undervalued. Of course many will think that any money raised should be for human beings, but with that approach there would never be any HELP for animals who suffer constantly due to human beings treating animals like a commodity. I believe ALL life forms are important, and animals have the least opportunity of ever being heard, being able to speak for themself, ask for help, so I feel this is a way to give them a VOICE. 

Please consider how much animlas give to us on a daily basis, that most of us never even think about. They are bred to be killed to sustain our daily consumption of meat, where a lot are kept in appaling, crampt unatural and cruel conditions. They suffer as many so called human beings, have little empathy or compassion. And in some cases it's just down to the lack of resources or education playing a major role.  Compassion and understanding is needed to understand; an animal is just another life similar to OUR own, we share the same nervous system, suffer the same ailments, they feel fear, pain, and grow old and infirm like human beings, only they have to suffer and endure in silence..

Just imagine what it must be like to have a cancer, be arthritic, have kidney or liver failure, be injured and you cannot do anything to help yourself? So this is why I've chosen this charity, as giving back is what makes us a civilised society, not only in demonstrating our depth of compassion, but also making the world a more caring place for all of us, so please, regardless how little, please make a difference.
