This is my 6th year of taking part in the Great Wilderness Challenge, which is a 25 mile mountain trek from Dundonnell to Poolewe. This year I am raising money solely for Highland Hospice and the Great Wilderness Challenge  will add as much as 60% to whatever I can raise.

Highland Hospice provides specialist palliative care throughout the Highlands. I witnessed this first hand this year as my Dad spent 6 weeks in the care of the hospice before he passed away. The care he received from all the staff there was amazing and although I have raised money for the hospice in the past this year it has a special significance.
