Since my son Tommo has been in the TA I have become more aware of just how life changing the war is. Tommo is on his second tour of duty. Like other s he has been on the front line. I've been lucky so far. We hear on the news of other mum's who have lost sons & daughters. There are many more out there who  have to prepare for the return of a loved one who is physically or mentally changed. Like I've said I'm one of the lucky ones. Help the hero's helps soldiers and their families who have all kinds of difficulties, not just physical.
