Story

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a Tandem Skydive on September 2nd (if the weather permits ... or it would have to be later) at Nottingham.

I decided this charity should benefit from this crazy idea ... simply because my mum died of emphysema. Mum had difficulty breathing for years, so if I find myself unable to drag in a breath on the freefall, mine should only last for about a minute ... I consider that a better deal than mum got!

Anyway ... Having just watched a tennis ball fly across the court at 120 mph, I have just realised that this is approximately the speed at which I am hurtling towards the earth on September 2nd ... oh dear!

Wow ... my doctor has just signed my form to say I can make the jump! Hmmm ... obviously another one who is fed up with me.  8 weeks to go, but nervous already.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Thanks All
