On Sunday 30th September Paul, Laura, Jill, George and Kirsty will be taking part in a Mud Run. For those of you that have never heard of one of these it is a 5k run (or more likely walk in our case) containing over 60 obstacles to get over or under or through, most of which seem to be specifically designed to get us covered in mud from head to toe. 

We will be raising funds for Perennial - a charity which specifically supports people in the Horticultural Industries when times get tough.
