This is my New Challenge!! My continued commitment to reducing mental health stigma  both in self and others. I have decided to SHAVE OFF MY HAIR FOR SANE!! For MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK  MAY 11th -17th2015. I will do this on Mon 11th of May 2015 at 2.22pm.
