This is the 3rd time I have asked you all to support me to raise much needed funds for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, thank you for being amazing!

My wonderful dad had a heart attack and was taken from us in March 2007, very suddenly.  He is always on my mind and always around us, and doing silly things like chucking myself off bridges and buildings just makes me feel like I might be doing something to help prevent even 1 other person go through the agony of losing a loved one too soon.  Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland help so many people, and the funds raised stay in Scotland to cover the cost of research, care & support for families affected as well as survivors, and providing advice.  Every penny is so appreciated :)
