I would like to say a big thankyou to all the people who have supported me over the last 6 months of training and fund raising. x

It was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!  although very hot on the day and a VERY LONG WAY!!! I ran every mile........I have blisters and aching legs to prove it.

I passed a brilliant poster at about 15 miles, that kept me going

"Pain is temporary.............but Glory is forever!"

About Lupus -- An  INCURABLE illness of the immune system, that not a lot of us have ever heard about, an awful illness that causes severe pain as the bodys defence mechanism begins to attack itself through an excess of antibodies in the blood stream, causing inflammation and damage in the joints, muscles and other organs.
