This small charity has developed an innovative, off-grid solution to help people in hard-hit communities around the world to wash their clothes. For the next year, I am committing to donating funds to TWP in lieu of buying birthday gifts for friends & family. I will also ask that all birthday gifts for me be a donation to the cause.

Over the next three years, we endeavor to raise $1,000,000 which will help The Washing Machine Project to improve the lives of 100,000 people, while saving 750 hours per household each year in washing, and saving 1 million liters of water.
