I worked with Team PHenomenal Hope when I was a PH coordinator at UPMC. Helping to launch the first year of the Let Me Be Your Lungs Program, I was able to meet some pretty incredible folks in the PH Community. It's a community that I immediately loved being a part of. I'm now in a different role professionally - working as the Clinical Educator for the PAH nursing team with CVS. I'm not as patient-facing as I once was, but the overall goal of my work is still to improve the lives of those living with PH. Team PH athletes race to raise awareness about this rare disease. The money raised goes towards research with goals to find a cure for PH. Funds also help to directly support unmet needs of the patient community.
