We work with food suppliers and charities to fight food waste and hunger in London

Story

Throughout the month of May Flat Iron's team members will be joining forces to raise as much funds as possible to support The Felix Project in this more than ever challenging times.

Right now, while millions of people in the UK are experiencing hunger, tonnes of fresh food are thrown away every day.The Felix Project mission is to collect fresh and nutritious food that cannot be sold and deliver it to charities and schools so they can provide healthy meals and help the most vulnerable in our society, as no one should have to miss a meal.

As a thank you, Flat Iron is offering everyone who donates £20 or more a free steak when our restaurants reopen! Please email fundraising@flatironsteak.co.uk after your donation and we will be in touch to let you know when to come in for a steak on the house.

" My challenge will be climbing the height of Mount Everest (8848mt) from my back gardenHow? I will have to climb up and down the stairs for 3540 times for the equivalent of 53100 steps. One activity, no time limit, rest stops but not sleep, starting on Saturday 16th May. "

Please support me and @Thefelixproject with what you can, it is for the greatest cause....And yes, wish me all the luck, I will need it!

Love, Jess
