Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As Dad's anniversary(6th of June)getting closer, I have set this page up in his memory. In the month of June, I am taking on the challenge of walking 5K a day to celebrate his life. As many of you know dad lit up any room he walked into with his cheeky grin and infectious laugh.
I have chosen this charity as it is close to Thomas, my mums, and my heart. Some people may ask well what is sleep apnea? Sleep apnoea is when your breathing stops and starts while you sleep. The most common type is called obstructive sleep apnoea. Although dad had a complex medical history, sleep apnea seems to be the least commonly know illness and is often referred to as a silent killer.
If anyone is willing to walk with me, you are more than welcome to be my walking buddy, just message me ( you don't have to walk with me every day). My Auntie Sarah is walking along with me even though she is 76 miles away in Limavady, so if other friends and family who live further afield want to join in feel free to walk your own 5K a day in memory of dad.
Any donations are very much appreciated no matter how large or small!
