I was lucky enough to grow up learning to swim in Chagford Swimming Pool and because of this experience I have a life long love of swimming outdoors. 

Over the last 6 years I have extended my love to open water swimming and this summer I will be attempting to swim the 10.5 miles of Lake Windermere in a relay with my friend Sam. 

The Pool has been used by locals and visitors since 1933. Many generations have learnt to swim, taken exercise and socialised here. It is run by a dedicated team of life guards and volunteers and always needs funds to continue to provide a safe and enjoyable place to swim.
