Story

Hiiiiii everyone !

I’m Jess, Canadian mom living in London.

I’ve decided to run London landmark half marathon to challenge myself, mentally and physically. I haven’t done anything like this since 2016 (ran 10k sun run for fun).

I promise I’ll crawl to the finish line if I have too!

So, I chose to participate with the national autistic society because they support families like mine.

My 4 yo son Elijah was diagnosed at 2.5 and he is preverbal. He’s super cheeky, loves to stim with books, and gives the best hugs and kisses.

We been lucky compared to others in our diagnosis journey, but we know it’s always going to be an upward battle to get the right support for E.

I hope the money raised will help families get the diagnosis they need, and hope it helps others understand our world a bit better.

Thank you for donating!

With love,

Jess & E
