As some of you may know I have had type 1 diabetes for almost 5 years now and I'd love to thank everyone for all of the money and fundraising they have done to help the cause. So... it is my turn! I've signed up to do a SKYDIVE in Swansea in December to raise money for Diabetes UK. I literally can't explain how amazing this charity is. They work they have done for people in my situation is absolutely incredible! Please please please donate whatever you can, it would mean so much to me and everyone else out there with diabetes!
