Story
I am running the Bristol 10k on Sunday 15th May for my Dad, raising money for BHF.
I feel like I want to do something positive and give back to a charity that carries out amazing scientific work, which help saves thousands of lives a year.
This is a charity that is personal to my family and friends, after my Dad had a heart attack with no warning, leading to open heart surgery and a heart bypass at the age of 49. They realised genetically my Dad had heart disease, but thanks to charities such as the BHF, they have developed so much research which has helped save so many lives.
Now my Dad is the healthiest he has ever been which is all thanks to the amazing cardiac team in Bristol, St Michaels Cardiac ward, Bath RUH and of course the BHF.
I would like to give something back, back to a charity that is so important to me in so many ways.
For more info on the BHF and their update news, please look on their website.

Please, donate what you can. I really am not a natural runner... So I am pushing myself to achieve this distance... And sorry you will see all the progress on my Facebook and Instagram... So apologies now!
