I would like to raise awareness too and hopefully help Severn hospice however little it may be. 

The recent passing of my amazing grandad has spurred me on to complete Shrewsbury half, which will be an epic challenge having completed no training since before the birth of my daughter.

I know anything will be a blessing to the charity and amazing people who work day and night to help, comfort and support those in need and their families too.
