Story
We met Jacks father and grandfather at the Charlton player of the year awards with Ben Purrington. We all had a great evening and it opened my eyes to many things. Now I want to help the best I can.
After bravely battling Neuroblastoma for just under a year, Jack gained his angel wings on the 21st July 2018 at just 4 years old. From the moment of his diagnosis to this present day, the support we have recieved from people far and wide has been overwhelming, from complete strangers to our family football club Charlton Athletic. On this basis, we want to do what ever we can to improve the lives of children in and out of hospital in Jacks memory. From christmas decorations and presents in the ward that he spent his last weeks, to enabling (due to the generosity of Charlton Athletic) children with life threatening or life limiting conditions and their families to enjoy a day out in an executive box. There are many more things we hope to achieve in Jacks memory, but one project at a time.
