You may have heard of couch to 5k...well I'm doing couch to London Marathon all in the name of ActionAid!

ActionAid is an incredible charity working with women and girls in poverty. The denial of women and girls rights is one of the biggest causes of poverty worldwide. ActionAid supports women and girls by helping them to understand their rights and change their own lives, for good.

Their work focuses on ending violence against women and girls, economic empowerment for women and girls and women and girls' rights in humanitarian crises. Your donation will really be making a huge difference in transforming communities and lives.
