On 19th September I will be (stupidly) getting pushed out of an aeroplane to fall 10,000 feet. This is  to raise money for the Dementia Appeal at Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust (the hospital where I work) which uses the donations to buy non-clinical facilities for the patients, making them feel more comfortable and at home during their stay.
