APRIL 2020 UPDATE BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS
In view of current circumstances I believe mental health services are going to need all the help they can get. Therefore I am relaunching this campaign with a slight twist: if each person who gets involved gives one pound, it would be easy to raise a lot of money to help mental health provision via Mind.
Will you give one pound to this campaign and make a one minute video?
The video can be amusing, impressive, uplifting or generally enjoyable to watch. It can be uploaded onto the millioninaminute Facebook page to be enjoyed by everyone.
Thank you!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED AUGUST 2018
CAN YOU SPARE ONE MINUTE?
If so, please read on.
I͛m Jess and I need your help. I have been a
doctor for over 30 years and have seen the
many consequences of mental ill health.
The aim of this ambitious campaign is to raise
at least a million pounds for Mind.
This is for all those people, like me, who have
a short attention span. So, what can we do as
individuals in one minute to make a
difference?
JOIN THE CAMPAIGN:
My own challenge is to attempt to set a new women's world record in one minute for doing as many parallel bar dips as possible,
carrying additional weight.
Will you sponsor me?
Could you set up a team at school, work or home and come up with ideas for a one minute activity? Make it challenging or funny
or both.
Take a minute to sponsor me
and/or join Millioninaminute and set up your
own activity.
