I am taking part in the Chiltern 100 Cycling Festival on the 16th July (68 miles) followed by the Prudential Ride London 100 on the 30th July (100 miles). I am raising money for Action4Youth, which is a great charity providing positive experiences and activities to inspire children and young people. Their aim is to enable young people of all abilities to challenge themselves, learning what they can achieve rather than what they can't.

I will personally be challenging myself to see what I can achieve on these cycle trips so please help support this cause for me.
