On the 16th April I am running my first ever marathon and hoping to raise some much needed funds for Fylde Coast Women’s Aid. 

This fantastic charity has been supported by R P Tyson Construction Ltd for a number of years and provides essential advice and support to individuals in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse, stalking and child sexual exploitation. 

Any support you can give is greatly appreciated and I know will be put to very good use by the team at the charity. 

Wish me luck as I take the latest phase of my midlife crisis to the streets of Manchester!
