Story

I've been running for a while now, so I thought why not turn my obvious athletic prowess (see left) into an opportunity to raise money for the Construction and Development Partnership - a charity doing brilliant work in Sierra Leone.

So there are five weeks before the Run to the Beat Half Marathon on September 27th and I can already feel the lactic acid burning through my Glutes (for those in the know). To add an extra bit of spice I aim to finish the half marathon in under and hour and a half - Impossible I hear you cry, but all the more reason to donate! If my wasp chewing expression in the picture is anything to go by there will be plenty of laughs at my expense at the finish line, so come along and show your support!

Thanks!
