I am raising money in memory of my father Robert Metcalfe who died in March 2012 due to myocardial infarction.

I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation as it funds research, education, care and awareness campaigns aimed to prevent heart diseases.

Collectively, heart and circulatory diseases cause more than a quarter of all deaths in the UK, accounting for more than 179,000 deaths each year at an estimated cost of £19 billion to the economy.
