The worthy cause

Plan International UK is a global children’s charity. They work with girls and boys growing up in some of the world’s poorest communities, making sure they have access to the education, health care, clean water and future opportunities they need to thrive.

My challenge

As part of a company wide initiative in RB, IT staff have been challenged to do a sponsored event to raise money for this Just cause. To rise to this challenge, I decided to do a sponsored 30 mile cycle. From my local town, it is a 30 mile round trip to Windsor and back hence "Jeremy's cycle trip to the Queen and back". As it is near Christmas My wife thought it would be a giggle to challenge me to do it in a Santa suit "oh joy". So there we have it "Jeremy's cycle trip to the Queen and back in a Santa suit"
