Help the hospices are an excellent charity and they help so many people through such a really tough time.

Throughout my dad-in-laws last few weeks the staff at our hospice in Warrington (St Roccos) were amazing, without them our time in there would have been so much worse. In order for that hospice alone to keep running they need to raise over £1.5 million per year!
So Im setting myself this challenge in memory of Ron Towell and to give something back to this very important charity.
And it is a big challenge for me... Im not a keen runner to put it mildly but Im hoping to do it in a decent time so fingers crossed and I hope you can sponsor me.
