Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

Hi, my name is Jenny and I am running the London Marathon on April 24th in aid of the ‘A Life for Lewis’ appeal. Lewis Herbert was born in 2002. He was diagnosed with West Syndrome at 3 months of age. This has since developed into a condition called Lennox Gastaut Syndrome (LGS). LGS is a rare and extremely severe form of epilepsy with multiple seizure types. It causes severe global developmental delay. He can have 100’s of different seizures every day and his condition is resistant to any medication or therapies which have been tried. He is severely disabled and unable to do anything for himself. He relies on his Mum and Dad for all his personal care needs. I've known the family for many years and every donation however small will be much appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
