I'm sure you all know someone who has been touched by cancer and needed some extra help. This is where a hospice might come in. We need £5 million to keep running each year - so please dig deep.

As you all may know, I have been a volunteer at Thames Hospicecare for the last 5 years. Since I have been helping here, I have taken part in many fundraising activities such as a Skydive, Nepal Trek, Cake sales, Fire Walk, Great Wall of China, 200m Zipwire and now I am preparing for my first (and last!) ever Shark Dive.
