Story

Myself and a few good (and very brave) friends, Scott, Notty and Geoff, will be following in James Joyce's footsteps and getting covered in leftover goose fat and doing the famous 'Forty Foot' jump into the sea off the coast of Ireland on New Year's Day. We'll be doing this to try and raise money for Raleigh International, the charity I'm heading off to volunteer for in India from January.
We're going to be hungover and the sea is going to be freezing so it's going to be a pretty hideous experience all round but hopefully it will raise some money and be the start of a fun year to come. The jump isn't quite forty foot but that doesn't mean the sea will be any warmer!

We need to collect all donations by Friday 10th December and will be posting video evidence of the jump so you have proof that we did it and you can see and hear how loudly we screamed. Particularly Scott.

Now for the technical stuff...

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
