I will be attempting to run the Greater Manchester Marathon on 29th April 2012 in aid of Cancer Research UK.

I've been training hard over the last few months & I know it's going to be a real challenge for me.

I'm hoping to raise £1,000 for Cancer Research UK Ltd. I've chosen this charity as cancer has already touched the lives of many people I know & with the sad statistic that 1 in 3 people will develop some form of cancer during their lifetime, I want to do all that I can to help fight it.
