Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was kind enough to sponsor me last year.  Your kind donations for the Coast 2 Coast 2008 helped St. James's Place raise a total of £82,000 for our charity The Foundation.

Because of the great work the Foundation does I have decided to once again join in this years cycle ride.  The route is from Isle of Walney to Sunderland - around 150 miles, and needless to say I have been training hard to make sure I can get to the end.
