I am taking part in the Manchester 10km Run on behalf of the Charity Dreamgirls who tirelessly raise money and awareness for their selected charities each year. One of the three charities supported by the Dreamgirls this year includes the wonderful Overgate Hospice who provide specialist palliative care for adults in the Calderdale area.

This is the third time I have taken part in the Manchester Run - not bad for an asthmatic! So please please sponsor me to help make my training worthwhile (so I can beat the 1 hour mark) and to support the Charity Dreamgirls and Overgate Hospice.
