Story

As you all know sport is a big part of my life, so I have decided to run a very long way for a very good cause.

I have chosen to run the London Marathon for the RFU Injured Players Foundation to contribute and support players at all levels and at any age that have sustained life changing injuries through playing a physical game like rugby.

Any contribution will go directly into providing personal support to players and families from the moment an injury occurs. It will also help fund research into the causes and outcomes of catastrophic injury, to identify the best way to prevent and respond to these injuries. The funding helps provide training for rugby coaches, players, referees and volunteers to protect players from catastrophic injury.
