Hello all friends, family, and all round good people.  5 of us are heading off to Amsterdam this year to run a Marathon.  We all agreed it around Crimbo time - and now it all seems very real.  The charity we've chosen, CALM, is in memory of Dan Aram - our very good friend who suffered from depression and mental health issues and took his own life in 2010.  Hopefully our money can go some way to helping others who find themselves in Dan's situation.  I'm sure Dan would find it very funny, us running a marathon in tribute to him, as it is probably one of the last things he would have volunteered to do, and that includes the dishes.  Please give whatever you can.
